ELITechGroup & Fast-Track Diagnostics Announce a Worldwide Collaboration to Extend the Menu of ELITe InGenius<sup>&reg;</sup> with Infectious Disease Multiplex Assays

ELITechGroup, a leading innovator in PCR technologies and global solution provider for Molecular Diagnostics, and Fast-track diagnostics group, a leading provider of multiplex PCR kits for infectious diseases, has announced a worldwide agreement to extend the ELITe InGenius menu with a wide range of qualitative multiplex real-time PCR assays for the in vitro diagnostic of infectious diseases.

Under this agreement, Fast-track diagnostics manufactures qualitative multiplex panels for ELITechGroup related to various clinical applications complementary to the existing ELITE InGenius core menu focus on transplant monitoring and healthcare acquired infections. Global commercialization of the upcoming CE-IVD assays in combination with ELITe InGenius is ensured by ELITechGroup subsidiaries and affiliates through a worldwide distributor’s network.

ELITe InGenius is a fully automated cassette-based, sample-to-result solution which automatically performs all the steps of Molecular Diagnostics with unrivaled flexibility enabling laboratories to run CE-IVD assays, as well as laboratory developed tests or other tests of interest simply on demand while streamlining their workflow.
