DuoPlate^® PCR Plates

New DuoPlate PCR plates composed of 2 materials are now available from Sarstedt. Hard polycarbonate frames minimize warping and shrinkage while ultra thin-walled polypropylene tube wells enable rapid heat transfer for efficient cycling. Sealing tapes can be securely affixed to the rigid DuoPlates, further reducing potential sample loss.

DuoPlates are available in both 96- and 384-well configurations with a variety of skirt options to fit most thermal cyclers. DuoPlate Fluo versions, particularly designed for real-time PCR applications, feature black frames with white wells to maximize signal intensity and minimize cross-talk. Other color options may be available upon special request.

All DuoPlates are PCR Performance certified to be free of DNase, RNase, human DNA, and PCR inhibitors. For free samples or more information on Sarstedt DuoPlates, please contact Sarstedt.
