TaKaRa DNAA-Tailing Kit是在平滑末端DNA片段的3′末端添加一个“A”尾的试剂盒，使用本制品可以使平滑末端的DNA片段进行TA克隆成为可能。与平滑末端的DNA片段克隆相比，TA克隆具有较高的克隆效率，可以大大提高实验的成功率。此外，本试剂盒中还含有A-Tailing Control Insert（500 bp）和Blunting Control Insert（500 bp)，可以方便进行Control实验。
