Distek, Inc., an industry leader in pharmaceutical laboratory testing instruments, accessories and validation services, is pleased to announce ETL certification of the sensIR 3200 “Bathless” Disintegrator for both the United States and Canada. In conjunction with the ETL mark, the instrument will also begin shipping with a CE mark. These regulations ensure that the product will meet health, safety, and environmental requirements.

The European Commission describes the CE mark as a “passport” that allows manufacturers to circulate industrial products freely within the internal market of the EU. The ETL mark indicates that the product has been tested and met the requirements of a widely recognized U.S. product safety standard for distribution throughout the U.S and Canada.

“Distek is excited to provide acceptance of these regulatory standards on the sensIR 3200 disintegration tester,” says Jeff Brinker, President, Distek, Inc. “It is a testament to Distek’s focus on meeting domestic and international standards for safety and environmental considerations.”
