Dionex Corporation continues to provide innovative new U/HPLC reversed-phase columns for speed
and simplicity to achieve required solutions. The best column for any separation is the column with the right selectivity. It simplifies and speeds-up the method for faster analysis.

Acclaim® C30 reversed-phase HPLC columns are suited to a broad range of separations including hydrophobic, long chain, structural isomers (e.g. carotenoids, steroids, and pharmaceuticals), lipids (e.g. phospholipids, omega fatty acids, and cooking oils), and hydrophilic analytes (e.g. water-soluble vitamins). The Acclaim C30 column provides unique selectivity and complements the other high-resolution reversed-phase Acclaim columns.

Acclaim Phenyl-1 columns are designed with high aromatic selectivity and high hydrophobic retention, thus providing unique selectivity for aromatic compounds.

Acclaim RSLC 2.2 μm columns reversed-phase, 2.1 × 250 mm columns provide ultra-high resolution and can be used up to 1200 bar pressure. These columns are designed to accompany the UltiMate® 3000 Rapid Separation LC (RSLC) system and are available in four chemistries: C18, C8, PolarAdvantage (PA) and PolarAdvantage II (PA2).

Acclaim RSLC Carbamate 2.2 μm columns are designed for high resolution and high throughput analysis of carbamates specified in United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) Method 531.2, using LC-postcolumn derivatization-fluorescence or LC-MS methods. Carbamates are widely used as pesticides for food crops worldwide. The new 2.2 μm particle size is designed for use when high sensitivity and ruggedness are required, such as LC/MS.

AutosamplersAutosamplers are automated sample loaders used with a number of separation and analytical techniques. HPLC autosamplers use automated partial or full-loop injection systems and place samples in vials or microplates for analysis. Autosamplers can also be used for elemental analysis. Features to consider include repeatability, syringe capacity, footprint and temperature controls.  UHPLC and HPLCHigh performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC), also known as UPLC, are analytical techniques used to separate, identify and quantitate components of complex mixtures including biological samples such as proteins and lipids as well as chemical mixtures of pesticides, drugs and oils. Both techniques are liquid chromatographic methods but differ by operating pressures (HPLC < 6000 psi < UHPLC ). Components of HPLC and UHPLC systems include columns, detectors, pumps, autosamplers and column heaters. Explore a range of UHPLC and HPLC columns for your specific sample needs including reverse phase, normal phase, ion exchange, HILIC, ion exclusion and size exclusion columns. Products to assist sample preparation include filtration equipment, evaporators, membranes and sieves.LC-MSLC-MS (liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry) systems and equipment are used for separation and quantitative analysis of complex mixtures, combining liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. Quantify proteins, contaminants, pesticides or screen for drug metabolites with a high level of sensitivity. LC-MS systems and equipment include reverse phase, normal phase and specialized columns integrated with various MS detectors such as time-of-flight (TOF), quadrupole, orbitrap or ion trap mass analyzers. LC-MS/MS instruments equipped with a qTOF or triple quadrupole analyzer give greater sensitivity and resolving power to your analysis. This can be done in large quantities or small. Preparative chromatography systems are usually low to medium pressure liquid chromatographs that are semi-automated. The nano refers to the very low flow rate of the mobile phase in the system. The advantage of nanoLC is its high sensitivity. Often the system is integrated with a mass spectrometer in nano LC-MS or nano LC-MS/MS. When using nanoLC equipment consider column choice, software and accurate and precise flow rate control.
