K-LISA™ mTOR Activity Kit is a 96-well, ELISA-based assay designed to measure kinase activity of purified, partially purified, or immunoprecipitated mTORs (mammalian targets of rapamycin).
The versatile assay can also be used for in vitro screening of mTOR inhibitors and to assess the regulation of mTOR in cell signaling. K-LISA mTOR Activity Kit includes a 96-well glutathione-coated plate, mTOR substrate (p70S6K-GST fusion), phospho-specific antibody, mTOR inhibitor and standard, as well as necessary buffers, diluent, and detection reagents.
