Presentations on novel developments in CRISPR screening technologies and applications for the DriverMap™ targeted RNA expression profiling assay

Cellecta, Inc. announced that it will deliver three scientific presentations at the upcoming American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) 2018 Annual Meeting, which will take place April 14-18, 2017 at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois. Cellecta researchers and an academic collaborator will present unpublished data on technology developments for genetic screens in human cancer cell lines using CRISPR-knockout, CRISPRi-repression, and CRISPRa-activation; as well as new data on application of the DriverMap targeted RNA expression profiling for drug screening and biomarker discovery.
