LTE scientific were recently approached by a laboratory based in Alderly Park urgently requiring an autoclave so they could join the fight against Covid-19.

Not one to back down from a challenge and keen to further assist front line workers with the pandemic, LTE immediately set to finding a suitable autoclave. Working closely with the customer, LTE sales representative Darren Bottomley, quickly established what they required and offered a suitable solution with the Touchclave 120 Litre Front Loading Autoclave (TCR/120/H1), which had fortunately just come off the production line and been tested ready for dispatch that week.

As a result of outstanding collaboration between the sales, production and service teams at LTE the autoclave was turned around, delivered, installed and tested within just 2 days from receipt of the customers purchase order, enabling a very happy customer to be able to commence Covid-19 testing as scheduled.

LTE have remained open throughout the Coronavirus pandemic to continue the supply of essential equipment to Laboratories and Healthcare providers and they are extremely proud of their team who have shown exemplary behaviour in following Coronavirus Safety Guidelines whilst continuing to work as efficiently as ever.
