Accelerated Technology Laboratories, Inc. Introduces Sample Master^® Mobile

ATL is pleased to announce the addition of Sample Master^® Mobile to its product family. By using Sample Master^® Mobile, data can be electronically captured and quickly synchronized with Sample Master^® Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), providing increased accuracy, quicker customer turn around times and improved worker productivity.

Sample Master^® Mobile will eliminate paper-based processes and data transcription errors and is ideal for industries that require field data collection including environmental (air/water/soil), food & beverage, energy and public health. The application has gone through testing facilitated by Microsoft and has achieved “Designed for Windows Mobile” logo status. This means that Sample Master^® Mobile is compatible with any Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC device.

Sample Master^® Mobile features efficient and secure field data collection capabilities, a familiar and easy to use Windows interface, the ability to easily create, update and/or remove batch records, samples, tests and results with reliable synchronization to Sample Master® LIMS.

An exciting feature of Sample Master^® Mobile is the ability to capture sample location coordinates (the device must have GPS capability for this function). This will allow more effective management of resources and link sample locations to specific field data.
